Responsibilities
Lead and manage financial planning and analysis activities including budget preparation and forecasting.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management on areas of improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust internal controls.
Supervise and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis techniques.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for complex data analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on development and performance.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
