What will you be doing?
This role is about so much more than just putting properties on the market—you’ll be the face of our company, helping people find the perfect place to call home. Your responsibilities will include:
* Listing and Marketing Properties: You’ll ensure that each property in our portfolio is perfectly positioned to attract the right tenants. Think creative listings and innovative marketing strategies.
* Ensuring Properties Are Ready for Move-In: You’ll make sure every property is compliant and in tip-top shape for new tenants to move in smoothly.
* Handling Enquiries & Viewings: From the first phone call to handing over the keys, you’ll guide potential tenants through every step of the journey.
* Managing Offers & Applications: This is where your organisational skills shine. You’ll manage the lettings progression, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
* Working Alongside Our Lettings Manager: You won’t be going it alone. Our experienced team is here to support you, helping you grow your skills and career.
What skills do you need?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring your A-game. We’re looking for someone with:
* Excellent Communication Skills—whether you’re dealing with tenants, contractors, or team members, you’ll need to be clear, friendly, and professional.
* A Passion for Customer Service—you love going the extra mile to make sure people are happy, and you understand the importance of a great tenant experience.
* Organisational Prowess—let’s face it, juggling multiple tasks at once is part of the job, and you’ll thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
* Lettings/Property Management Experience—ideally, you’ve been in the industry for at least two years and know the ins and outs of lettings like the back of your hand.
* A Full Driving Licence and Your Own Car—as the role involves travel to different properties for viewings and inspections, you’ll need to be ready to hit the road.
