We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and commercially astute leader who can deliver our strategic goals and work in a collaborative leadership structure with other work area leaders to take a holistic approach to the strategic development of swim, bike, run and triathlon in England. The successful candidate will have experience in leading and managing education and learning provision within the sport sector, and possess a solid understanding of workforce compliance standards. Knowledge of learning management systems and the principles of a high-quality blended learning offer are also crucial. You will need a strong working knowledge of multiple aspects of the sport and physical activity development sector, from participation and tackling inequalities to clubs and membership; understanding the role workforce development and education plays in this holistic environment.
