Job Summary Execute the Kroger Company’s space management and assortment process for assigned categories through planogram development. Execute “Customer 1st” shelf strategies and targeted metrics to enhance the shopping experience. Positively and measurably impact the Kroger Company’s sales/margins by providing accurate placement and allocation for all items. Essential Job Functions This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office at least two days per week based on your team’s schedule. Develop expertise in assortment and planogram development to enable Kroger to reach their sales goals and stated objectives. Utilize data from syndicated sources such as 84.51 and IRI to support category objectives. Capacity to learn the JDA/Blue Yonder software for planogram development. Assist in quality assurance pre and post planogram publishing for each category update. Execute every step of the KOMPASS process; develop efficiencies on an ongoing basis and constantly contribute to the process including presentation creation, project tracking, etc. Ability to execute category assortment and flow changes in our model store. Communicate with internal and external departments as needed to execute planograms as requested.
