Maintenance Co-ordinator - Thame
Pertemps is working exclusively with a long-standing client who is seeking to appoint a Maintenance Coordinator based within their busy head office based in Oxfordshire.
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and providing our customers with prompt and professional service.
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8am-5pm
Duties:
1. Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
2. Booking service and repair appointments for our engineers.
3. Liaising with the technical and sales teams to resolve issues efficiently.
4. Issuing quotes and arranging installations.
5. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring follow-up as needed.
6. Ensuring service reminders are sent out and followed up.
7. Liaising closely with our Commercial clients' customer care teams.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical/construction/service/maintenance-related field.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. A proactive problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure.
4. Competency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
