Senior Sales Engineer
The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for selling the company’s Energy Transportation Solutions Systems and Services (RTU + SCADA applications) to clients in the UK and Ireland. Are you eager to advance your career? If yes, we encourage your application!
* Manage budgets allocated to ETS customers for SCADA and Systems in the UK and Ireland;
* Educate and engage with local sales teams to develop and secure ETS system opportunities, including solutions with FB RTUs, OpenEnterprise, Monarch SCADA, and other ETS products;
* Identify and develop plans to target a driven installed base, working closely with ETS SMEs to create blueprints for specific markets and industries;
* Engage with C-level executives at key customers;
* Coordinate workshops and discovery sessions to build a future vision, working with SMEs to define Statements/Scope of Work, and apply best practices and solutions aligned with Emerson’s offerings;
* Collaborate with the proposals team to set target prices, sell opportunities to management for consensus and support, and attend industry events to stay ahead of market developments.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering field preferred;
* Several years of professional experience, including sales in the automation market, with knowledge of Midstream or Upstream industries (advantage);
* Proficient in selling RTUs, SCADA software, subscription services, licenses, and implementation services in an OT environment (advantage);
* Proficiency in English—verbal, reading, and writing—required.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
* Experience building and maintaining customer relationships and closing software sales deals;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations;
* Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and Ireland;
* Experience in the midstream/terminal sector (plus);
* Knowledge of Emerson software and hardware portfolios (plus).
