You will manage staff members on aircraft cleaning inspections along with identifying training needs and conducting staff assessments. A degree of flexibility to support the operation during our busy periods is a must in this role. Candidates must hold a full manual driving licence and be able to pass a criminal record check. Key Responsibilities; Combine experience, intuition and strategic thinking to make considered judgements about the overall impact on the business and people, including of potential threats and risks. Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with Company and Airline specific procedures and policies. Maximize company revenue on a daily/nightly basis. Ensure health & safety and company policies are continuously monitored and enforced. The on-time delivery of all nightly aircraft services within the designated time and to the required standard and satisfaction of the customer. Management of all associated paperwork in line with regulatory requirements and company procedures. Assisting with aircraft appearance duties where required Reviews operational reports and resolves problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent flight or delivery delays. Inspects equipment to ensure specific operational and safety performance. Required to attend the mandatory training imposed by the Company and Airlines as per job role. Be proactive and enthusiastic to lead by example. Maintain an impartial and professional attitude towards every member of staff Other duties as assigned. Key requirements for Duty Manager: Previous Management experience Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to suit client needs Good attention to detail Previous aircraft cleaning experience would be highly beneficial Valid Passport/Photo ID and right to work in the UK 5 years' check-able work history Clean Disclosure/ Criminal Record Check Must be willing to undergo relevant training as required UAA1
