FRS are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fantastic business based in Enderby.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role. A salary of £26,200 is attached, with the role being fully office based. Due to the continued growth of the business, there are progressive career opportunities within the finance team!
Duties Will Include:
1. Preparation and submission of payments for suppliers
2. Checking and recalculating purchase invoices, coding invoices, and posting onto the ledger
3. Preparation & issue of Purchase Orders
4. Preparation of supplier statement reconciliations
5. Monitoring of purchase ledger inbox and responding to queries promptly
6. Reconciling supplier statements & accounts
7. Checking of Supplier Questionnaires and ensuring correct documentation is recorded and held
8. Filing
9. General office duties
10. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by Management
