Lotus Cars Limited is the manufacturing site of Lotus in the UK. Here we produce all sportscars types such as the Emira and the Evija. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Talent Development & Performance Co-ordinator in the Human Resources Department to join us in our manufacturing plant based in Hethel.
Summary:
The Talent Development & Performance Co-ordinator provides key administrative and data support to the TD&P Team and broader OD Team. The role requires a good understanding of data analytics and reporting as well as exceptional standards of customer service and general organisation. This is a part-time role.
What you'll do:
* Reporting from digital platforms and for learning activity. Utilising a variety of systems to collate, analyse and produce quality reports and dashboards to drive efficiency, continuous improvement and to inform the wider organisation.
* Manage the evaluation of learning activities, collating evaluation data from stakeholders and producing reports aligning learning outcomes to key strategic targets.
* Supporting digital systems and processes and the main point of contact for digital system functionality e.g. digital learning platform, Success Factors. This includes liaison with system users and system providers to improve functionality and resolve user issues.
* Manage key learning processes and practices such as the learning request process, calendar, venue bookings, programme administration and support for virtual and in-person sessions.
* Support Early Careers activity, including supporting at assessment days and administering the Apprenticeship Digital Account System (DAS).
* Administer, maintain, test and communicate the Performance Review process, launching and managing the various stages throughout the year. This includes putting together robust communication plans with the support of the Communications Team, to ensure deadlines are met with high participation rates.
* Provide provisional triage to employees about OD/TD&P service.
* Coordinate TD&P purchasing, invoicing and payments processes and provide wider support, where required, in this regard to wider OD team.

* Provide general administration, co-ordination, document and scheduling support to the Director of Organisational Development.
What you'll bring:

* Previous experience of working with data and reporting.
* Experience of using AI for efficient data extraction and utilisation to inform.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent preparation of PowerPoint slide decks.
* Good communications skills, ability to draft staff communications and engage with people across the organisation.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving organisation.

* Experience of working in a large HR Team.
