We are recruiting a new Teaching and Learning Coach to drive teaching and learning developments across the College. Reporting to the T&L Team Leader, you will work with various curriculum areas to design professional development and support innovation, through tailored coaching and mentoring. Our new Teaching and Learning Coach will support the implementation and communication of the Teaching and Learning strategy, working with individuals on a 1:1 basis and within group settings.
You will be a part of the college observation team, as well as contributing to the design of college-wide teaching and learning initiatives and projects. Dedicated teaching hours will also be included as part of the role.
