Closing Date – Applications close on Friday 29 November at 5pm A bank with a little more heart We're looking for an Insight Partner to join our Customer Insight and Foresight team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc. This exciting role will report to the Insight Manager and deliver regular brand, conduct and CX reporting, as well as design and deliver ad hoc research, to support understanding of our brand, propositions, and customer experience. You’ll be joining the team as we start our journey as part of Barclays, with the opportunity to contribute to how we align across both businesses on Insight and Customer research. Supporting Tesco Bank to make confident decisions by helping to understand customers, competitors, and markets. You’ll partner with colleagues from across the Customer Centre of Expertise, and Proposition Value Streams to understand insight requirements and supporting the Customer Insight Manager in the design and delivery of a strategically impactful insight programme. Using a range of research, information, and data streams, internally and externally, to solve problems and turn data into insight. What you’ll be doing Collaborating with colleagues across the bank (and third-party suppliers) to design and deliver ad hoc customer research. Developing reporting frameworks that bring together the findings from research and published sources to meet business needs. Owning the regular reporting from brand, conduct and customer experience tracking, enhancing, and adding value wherever possible. Managing and maintaining our Knowledge Hub, ensuring it's kept up-to-date, and publicising/promoting content across the bank. Working with the Insight Manager to manage existing supplier relationships, as well as sourcing and evaluating potential new ones. We need you to have Good qualitative and quantitative research knowledge and skills (commissioning and/or conducting research). Good analysis and interpretation skills, using a variety of approaches to share insight and research through impactful storytelling. Good ppt and excel skills and create charts and graphs that convey key insight(s). Effective communication skills, able to deliver insights through a varie ty of ways to different audiences. Experience of working with third parties (research suppliers, technologies and tools, and market and competitor insight providers). Strong project management skills, planning, and prioritising work to meet commitments, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. And if you have any of these, even better Previous Financial Services experience. Experience of working in Brand and Communications research and measurement. Experience of working on Voice of the Customer/ NPS programmes.
