As a Greenkeeper Helper you will:
* Take on a variety of tasks throughout the season to keep our course in top condition.
* Spend most of your time outdoors maintaining the grass by switching and brushing, repairing divots, mowing banks, and renovating turf.
* Prepare the course for daily play by placing tee markers, maintaining bunkers, and ensuring golf course furniture is well-kept.
* Operate and help maintain lawnmowers, tractors, and other course equipment, as well as preparing machinery for regular use.
* Prioritise health and safety by following safe work practices, wearing appropriate footwear/clothing, and reporting hazards as they arise.
* Be part of a friendly, hardworking team that values teamwork, professionalism, and a shared passion for greenkeeping.
You have a genuine interest in greenkeeping and are eager to develop your skills within a supportive team.
* You're reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently when needed.
* You enjoy working outdoors and have an appreciation for golf and well-maintained courses.
* Ideally, you have some greenkeeping experience, but we also welcome candidates with a strong passion for the industry.
* You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
* You're flexible and able to work weekends when required.
* Holding a full, clean driving licence is desirable.
