Amore Complex Care are looking for versatile and flexible bank support workers to provide cover across a small cluster of closely related services in the Northwest Region. * This role does not involve travel between multiple sites during one shift. You will spend your entire shift supporting one person.

As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide essential support to people with a range of needs, including those with physical disabilities, mental health challenges, or learning disabilities. You will help individuals with everyday tasks, promote independence, and ensure that they receive the highest level of care and support in a respectful and compassionate manner.What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a support role is preferred but not essential.
* A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
Working Hours & Flexibility:The Individual needs to come first, so we require flexibility when it comes to your working hours. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Sunday on a rota basis with the rest of your team, and can include:
* Sleep-ins
* Waking nights
* Weekends
* Bank Holidays
Pay: £11.50-£14.00 per hour
