Responsibilities:
Maintain and update back-office client records with accuracy and efficiency.
Handle information requests and manage correspondence with clients and providers.
Package and submit life, investment, and pension applications to providers.
Record and track new business applications through to completion.
Manage the annual review diary to ensure timely client follow-ups.
Assist with quarterly investment rebalances to keep client portfolios optimized.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial advice administration role.
Strong understanding of back-office systems, ideally IRESS XPLAN.
Financial services qualifications or progress toward Diploma Level 4 (preferred).
GCSE grades A-C/1-3 in Mathematics and English.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and providers.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
