Drive Customer Success: Implement account strategies that enhance performance and customer satisfaction, focusing on retention and growth in key accounts while delivering exceptional value. Identify Growth Opportunities: Actively seek out opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within the Red Hat portfolio, increasing our influence and presence within each account. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success teams, and industry experts to align Red Hat solutions with customer needs, guiding them through the entire sales process. Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships across customer organizations, positioning Red Hat as a trusted strategic partner and advisor. Empower Success and Growth: Partner with the Customer Success team to co-develop Success and Growth Plans, ensuring our solutions provide tangible value and support customer expansion and retention goals. Engage with Partners: Collaborate with partners to enhance Red Hat’s value proposition, ensuring our customers receive the best support and solutions. What you'll bring: Influential Communicator: You possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse range of stakeholders within a matrixed organization. Customer-Centric Mindset: You take a strategic approach to understanding customer needs and can build compelling business cases that highlight ROI and total cost of ownership (TCO). Industry Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes, and you know how Red Hat differentiates itself in the market. International Engagement: You are comfortable managing international accounts and collaborating with teams both within and outside the U.K. Storytelling Skills: You can articulate the hybrid cloud narrative and the unique value of Red Hat solutions in one-on-one discussions with key customer stakeholders. Proven Track Record: You have experience selling complex IT solutions to large organizations and can effectively engage with multiple decision-makers to achieve success.
