Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Contract: 6-9 Months Fixed Term Contract

The successful candidate will play a critical role in assisting with financial bookings and provide comprehensive support to the Finance function, ensuring accurate financial records, effective process management, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Purchase ledger bookings and associated tasks.
⦁ Month end journal postings.
⦁ Supplier statement reconciliation.
⦁ Carbon footprint information collation.
⦁ External Audit support.
⦁ Petty cash control.
⦁ Credit Control and associated invoicing (chasing overdue debt).
⦁ Debit Note processing.(Supplier Defect Material Notes)
⦁ ONS surveys.
⦁ Ad hoc duties as specified by the Head of Finance.
Specific skills and experience to role:

⦁ Sales Ledger Booking - Training
⦁ Good verbal communication skills

⦁ Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
