What you’ll do:
1. Manage the delivery of multiple IFM services, ensuring outstanding service delivery and exceeding all Sodexo targets.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through regular performance reviews and proactive communication.
3. Maximise the profitability of the operation by managing costs and increasing sales through the development of agreed budgets and business plans.
4. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, Sodexo policies, and statutory requirements.
5. Lead, develop, manage, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
6. Implement continuous improvements to enhance service delivery and exceed client expectations.
7. Promote Sodexo as the preferred employer and drive all aspects of service excellence across the business area.
What you bring:
1. Understanding of Integrated Facilities Management with previous experience of operational management in a similar environment.
2. First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work certification.
3. Strong client and customer relationship-building skills.
4. People management experience and excellent communication skills.
5. Knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
6. Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information.
7. Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities.
8. Positive approach to learning and identifying training needs and experience of delivering training.
