Are you passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment? We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team for a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Role Overview: As a key member of the recruitment team, you will support the full recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for candidate recruitment transactions and queries across the UK business.
2. Ensure the recruitment process is accurate, efficient, and well-documented.
3. Provide exceptional organisational and communication skills to help guide candidates through their recruitment journey.
4. Process all recruitment transactional activities (contract queries and creation, workday and queries) through the relevant workflow tool.
5. Ensure compliance with appropriate processes and controls – driving efficiency and corrective action as required.
6. Coordinate interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of interview details.
7. Provide candidates with necessary information and logistics for their interviews.
8. Track the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure data integrity.
9. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
10. Collaborate with the recruitment team & hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
11. Raise offer letters for candidates and contracts.
12. Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are completed by new employees.
13. Handle non-standard recruitment requests or issues; escalate if appropriate.
14. Work within agreed SLA’s on a right first time basis.
15. Work with high levels of integrity and confidentiality, ensuring appropriate records are kept and enabling accurate reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator preferred.
2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) workday.
3. SAP HR experience.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
What’s on Offer:
Salary £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
Fixed term contract 12 months Maternity cover
