Key Accountabilities:-
* Full accountability, responsibility, and ownership of the technical service delivery at the UK most iconic venues. Providing line management to the engineering team whilst maintaining a proactive customer interface to ensure a high standard of both service delivery and customer care.
* Implement plans and actions through your leadership skill to all direct reports, for the profitable operation and growth of contractual business within the organization through the provision of high-quality service to our customer.
* Provide technical guidance and support as required to ensure Mechanical and Electrical systems are maintained to a high standard and defects are swiftly identified and rectified with minimal impact to our customer.
* Lead the team in provision of excellent service delivery by monitoring service performance, taking corrective action when necessary and escalating to the Operations Manager as appropriate.
* Effective co-ordination of available resources to achieve effective maintenance and reactive support, inclusion training and guidance of engineering resource to enhance technical knowledge and capability.
* Produce extra work reports and quotations to ensure that system defects are notified to our customer with cost effective solutions in place to bring systems and assets back into operation.
* Provide effective management and coordination of engineering team to support with Major Event preparation and post Event activities ensuring that system up time is retained.
* Support delivery of the Company Compliance Policy and statutory requirements for all systems and services within the service scope.
* Take a proactive approach to Health and Safety. Monitor and ensure all corrective actions arising from Health and Safety audits are implemented within agreed timescales, ensure all prescribed H&S systems, process and procedures are being utilised as intended by the business.
* Contribute to the development and performance improvement of the engineering team through regular engagement, implementation of training plans and effective management
* Provide management on site as part of the wider management team during Major Events.
