We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Worker As a Senior Worker within our Coventry multi-disciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex substance use needs. Your expertise will contribute to effective interventions, improved health outcomes, and meaningful progress in recovery for service users across the community. Location: Coventry Full Time Salary Range: £32,002.35 to £34,214.21 (pro rata for part time) Full time Hours: 37.5 per week Contract: We have two roles we are recruiting for 1x permanent position and 1x fixed term position until the 31st of March 2026. Please note: f ull-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. What You’ll Do: Provide expert advice and guidance to individuals experiencing substance misuse challenges. Develop tailored care plans that support harm reduction, recovery, and access to treatment. Offer non-judgmental, trauma-informed interventions in a safe and supportive environment. Link in with local services to reduce the barriers faced by individuals using our service Deliver training and guidance to colleagues, ensuring best practices in substance misuse support. Contribute and attend relevant multi-agency meetings About You: We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled professional who: Has experience working with complex substance use needs in a harm reduction or recovery-focused setting. Is passionate about empowering people to make informed choices about their health and well-being. Is confident in developing partnerships to improve service accessibility and engagement. Can provide training and guidance to colleagues, sharing knowledge around harm reduction and interventions.
