Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a strong track record for business development? One of Surrey’s leading and long-established lettings agents has an exciting new opening to join their successful team.
You’ll be collaborating closely with the management team to focus on business growth and acquiring new landlords, as well as delivering top-notch service to clients. Using your proactive communication skills, you’ll be matching potential tenants to available properties and coordinate viewings, negotiate tenancy agreements, and proactively seek new property opportunities.
Experience with Reapit or similar software will be a plus, and a valid driving licence is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Assistant Branch Manager on upcoming properties and market strategies.
* Keeping landlords informed on feedback, marketing trends, and potential price adjustments.
* Collaborating with the Assistant Branch Manager to focus on business growth and attract new landlords.
* Assisting the property management team with arranging property works, inspections, and landlord communications.
Requirements:
* Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
* Knowledge of lettings compliance, legislation, and local market trends.
* Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility across branches.
