What You’ll Bring:
Extensive experience in managing and configuring network and security infrastructure, including Cisco switches and routers, Firewalls (CheckPoint, Palo Alto), VPNs, and Wireless Lan infrastructure (Meraki / Cisco WLC and AP’s).
Expertise in cloud networks, particularly Azure, with hands-on experience supporting and configuring cloud-based infrastructure.
Strong skills in using network management tools (e.g., SolarWinds) for performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Proven experience in mentoring and coaching junior engineers, with a focus on team development and continuous improvement.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving network and security issues, ensuring systems are compliant with best practices and industry standards.
Ability to plan and execute large-scale technical changes.
What You’ll Achieve:
As Senior Network Engineer, you will:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical network and security infrastructure for Cantium and our customers.
Take ownership of complex network incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
Mentor and support less experienced team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and systems, ensuring the network always operates efficiently and securely.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to provide technical guidance, ensuring network solutions meet business needs.
Proactively identify and manage potential risks, ensuring compliance with security regulations and best practices.

What We Require:
Industry-standard network/security/Azure network qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in supporting and configuring network and security infrastructure, e.g., Cisco switches and routers, Firewalls (CheckPoint, Palo Alto), VPNs, and Wireless Lan infrastructure (Meraki / Cisco WLC and AP’s).
Hands-on experience with security infrastructure (e.g., Firewalls, VPNs, SSL Certificates).
Experience using monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds).
Experience working with cloud networks (Azure).
Excellent communication (written + verbal) and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
