We are looking for a HR Admin Assistant to join our Head Office team at Talacre Beach Resort in Flintshire, North Wales.
This is a maternity cover position to work full time hours. This will be standard office hours Monday to Friday.
Typical working hours
Monday & Friday - 8:30am - 4pm
Tuesday - Thursday - 9am - 5pm
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About the role
Main responsibilities:
The successful HR Admin Assistant will:
1. Assist with general HR and Training administration duties.
2. Oversee the Darwin Academy Hub.
3. Be responsible for monitoring and ordering office stationary.
4. Monitor 2 months review dates, send out paperwork and process admin once received back.
5. Record 1-2-1 forms on HR databases.
6. Process leaver files.
7. Request copies of Driving Licences and record details on HR databases.
8. Support payroll team with monitoring the time and attendance Focus system.
9. Report to the HR Manager and work closely with all members of the HR team.
Requirements:
Required criteria:
* Right to Live and work in the UK
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive work ethic
Desired criteria:
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
* Basic administration skills would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
