This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment / resourcing and the ability to manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment processes effectively. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Develop and post job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates. Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure the best selection of candidates. Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment such as maintaining records and preparing reports. Source specialist candidates from scratch using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the Aesthetics or related industries. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
