About The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Assistant Gymnastics coach. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our centres by assisting in preschool gymnastics as we expand. Responsibilities: Support high-quality recreational gymnastics coaching sessions to children of varying ages and skill levels. Assist with engaging lesson plans that promote skill development, physical fitness, and a love for gymnastics. Provide a safe and inclusive environment for participants, ensuring their welfare and well-being at all times. Foster positive relationships with athletes, parents, and guardians, promoting open communication and addressing any concerns. Assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance. Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate events, demonstrations, and performances. Assist in preschool gymnastics as the club grows, potentially involving daytime working hours.
