We are now seeking a Payroller to join our payroll bureau team. You will have previous experience of working in a bureau type environment and ideally but not essentially in an accountancy practice. You must be comfortable working for multiple clients and be a confident communicator with Directors, Managers and Clients alike. Able to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team.
Having a high degree of accuracy your duties will include:
* Processing monthly, weekly and annual payrolls for clients
* Processing all auto enrolment work place pensions
* Ensuring all information is accurate and reported to the client
* Submitting Real Time Information to HMRC
* Handling payroll queries and resolving issues
* Running reports for payroll clients and accounts colleagues
* Working on Sage 50 payroll, QuickBooks and Xero
* Staying up to date with payroll legislation
* Additional admin duties to ensure client information is accurate and up to date
* BACS submissions
