Training & Competency Supervisor
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)

Role Overview: The Training & Competency Supervisor is a newly created role to support continued business growth. This is a classic T&C role, focusing on supporting the development of the financial planning team and implementing the Training & Competency framework. You’ll conduct onboarding and sign-off of new financial planners as well as ongoing supervision to ensure competencies are maintained.
Work Model: The role is based out of the firm’s office in Glasgow City Centre with a hybrid working model (2 days in the office, 3 days from home). The business also operates very flexible working hours.
Qualifications: You’ll be experienced in Training & Competency within a wealth management environment and qualified to at least CII/RQF Level 4. A strong technical understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting the wealth management sector is also required.
