Customer Service Administrator Location - Liverpool Job Type - Full Time, FTC (12 months) About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to come and join our team in our Liverpool office. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall execution of service tasks, ensuring high quality customer service by delivering on agreed targets and objectives. You will work in cooperation with the Customer Care team and supported by ONE’s growing range of customer self-service tools to contribute to the overall experience of both Key Accounts and ONE Care clients. You will also reach out to customers on various types of administrative tasks when required and step in if and when a customer cannot solve the task at hand with ONE’s tech enablers. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to service queries and implement solutions via Service Cloud and other platforms. Provide premium customer care to Global, Regional, and Local Key Accounts. Promote and support the adoption of digital self-service tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on industry developments, company policies, and best practices. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, preferably within logistics, shipping, or key account management.
