About the role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with class teachers to support children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), tailoring learning to their individual needs.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring students can fully engage with the curriculum.
* Foster students’ independence, self-confidence, and social skills, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
* Create a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment where students feel valued and supported.

* Passion: Enthusiastic and committed to supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
* Adaptability: Flexible and patient when working with children of different abilities and needs.
* Skills: Strong communication and subject knowledge to engage and support learners.
* Experience: Prior work with children or vulnerable people is essential.
