What You’ll Do:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 students, following the KS1 curriculum.
* Support the personal and academic development of your pupils.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and the leadership team to provide a high-quality learning experience.
* Use assessment and feedback to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel safe, respected, and motivated.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, and ECT status.
* Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing an outstanding learning experience for young learners.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
* Enthusiasm for professional development and a desire to continue learning and growing as an educator.
* A positive, proactive approach with a genuine interest in supporting children’s individual needs.
