We're looking for a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the team and help drive growth!
About the Role:
You'll be a key player in introducing powerful technology-partner software products along with associated services and training in simulation, optimisation, and reinforcement learning.
Here's what you'll do:
* Proactively engage with prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, social media) to spark interest in our solutions and identify client needs.
* Manage and nurture leads via HubSpot CRM, converting them into qualified opportunities and closed sales.
* Conduct high-level discussions with B2B and B2C clients in sectors like supply chain, healthcare, and manufacturing, showcasing the value of our solutions in solving complex business challenges.
* Work closely with products, technical, and training teams to ensure offerings meet customer needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
* Meet monthly and quarterly activity and sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market presence.
What You'll Bring:
* You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a pro-active, customer-facing sales role within the technology industry.
* You're well-versed in the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
* Experience selling AI technology solutions is a major plus!
* You're familiar with toolkits (AnyLogic, anyLogistix, Gurobi, Composabl).
* You excel at presenting tailored solutions and explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
* High energy, a growth mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
* Enjoy a base salary of 38,500 with an OTE of 55K (dependent on experience) plus uncapped commission.
