The Role:
As a Part-Time Accounts and Administration Assistant, you will:
* Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing emails, calendars, and appointments.
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
* Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
* Manage travel arrangements and handle confidential information.
* Handle the invoicing process and follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
* Maintain detailed records of communications and payment arrangements.
* Assist with bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and other financial transactions using Xero.
* Support the finance team with end-of-month and year-end processes.
The Candidate:
The ideal Part-Time Accounts and Administration Assistant will:
* Have proven experience in an administrative role with PA responsibilities.
* Be experienced in accounts receivable duties, including invoicing and chasing payments.
* Be proficient in using Xero accounting software.
* Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
