As the Field Service Manager, you'll manage a team of Field Service and Repair Engineers, taking responsibility for all service operations in the UK. This is a pivotal role where you'll create and implement innovative service plans to boost revenue and profitability across all our clients' product range. While many of these brands are manufactured at their facility, others are produced across EMEA and the US, adding a global dimension to your role.

We're searching for a hands-on, technically minded leader with a strong background in service management. You'll need excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to juggle the demands of both UK and global service operations.
Strong working knowledge of electro-mechanical products, the manufacturing process, and the repair and maintenance processes in line with industry standards.
