Life Services Financial Services Representative (HOP)

This role is part of the Life Services team, which focuses on guiding beneficiaries through the transition of deceased account assets. Your responsibilities will include taking initial notification calls, assisting with required documentation, and helping guide beneficiaries through the logistics of the transition process. This will include both inbound and outbound phone calls with clients, as well as document processing and research.
Responsibilities:
1. Identifies clients’ needs and finds proper solutions to meet those needs by referring sales opportunities to specialist and sales teams.
2. Focuses daily on service to sales with existing Merrill clients.
3. Provides exceptional client care, growing client relationships, and guiding clients with needs-based solutions that will support their financial goals.
Required Qualifications:
1. Is client-focused with a passion for excellence and a positive team attitude.
2. Is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and has the ability to multitask in a fast-moving, performance-based environment.
3. Has the ability to identify clients’ needs and find proper solutions to meet those needs by referring sales opportunities to specialist and sales teams.
4. Is an effective communicator with an aptitude for sales and relationship management.
5. Has strong computer skills.
