We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to provide Administrative Support in our Service Department. Location: Moy, County Tyrone - Potential for occasional remote work or flexible hours. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for internal teams or clients seeking assistance with service-related inquiries, providing timely and professional solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve basic or service-related issues by following established procedures or escalating when necessary. Log, track, and manage service requests using a help desk software system. Communicate updates regarding the status of service issues to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with technicians, service agents, or other departments to ensure resolution of outstanding service issues. Assist with procurement tasks, including the creation of purchase orders, inventory tracking, and vendor communications. Coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies or equipment for the service department. Maintain and update records related to operational activities, procurement data, and service delivery. Ensure smooth communication between service teams, procurement, and operations to streamline workflows and meet service goals. Assist in scheduling, documentation, and tracking of service contracts, maintenance schedules, and other operational activities. Support various administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a service or technical environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software. Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and organization. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
