Corporate Banking Credit Analyst Mandarin speaking - What You'll be Doing:
Our client is seeking a credit analyst with a background in the corporate banking loan market, particularly within the scope of syndicated loans. You will play a key role in managing corporate customer relationships while drafting credit analyses/applications and loan execution, ensuring adherence to Loan Market Association (LMA) standards and best practices.
Credit Analysis & Application Drafting:
1. Prepare detailed credit analysis for both syndicated and bilateral loans, assessing the financial health and risk profile of corporate borrowers.
2. Draft high-quality credit applications for loan approvals, including cash flow analysis, debt capacity, covenant compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
3. Ensure that all credit documentation aligns with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
Syndicated & Bilateral Loan Structuring:
1. Collaborate closely with the origination team, credit risk department, and legal teams to structure syndicated and bilateral loan facilities.
2. Develop financial models and stress testing to support credit decisions.
3. Assist in negotiating loan terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with LMA standards and market practices.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Assist the department head to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and identifying banking solutions.
2. Actively prepare and participate in client meetings to discuss lending opportunities, financial strategies, and tailored banking products.
Corporate Banking Credit Analyst Mandarin speaking - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
1. Experience as a Credit Analyst within Corporate Banking/Leveraged Finance/Risks Management Team, with significant exposure to the loan market.
2. Strong understanding of Loan Market Association (LMA) practices and documentation.
3. Ability to conduct due diligence and credit analysis/application independently.
4. Advanced credit analysis skills, including financial statement analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling.
5. Familiarity with structuring and negotiating loan documentation in alignment with LMA standards.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
