Your responsibility as an Account Manager will be to manage the relationships with our key customers ensuring an exceptional level of service is provided. You will be responsible for building partnerships, ensuring we are delivering a high level of service and maximising the opportunity for Hark within these accounts contributing to the customers and Hark ’ s own objectives. You will: Be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across our business. Understand our client’s business, their business goals and initiatives to deliver against their objectives. Support our Sales team in the development of our client base and growing ours, and our client’s business. Lead and own the delivery of client objectives and measurement against key performance indicators. Have p roven experience to build deep partnerships with customers and ensure deliverables are hit. Manage the day-to-day running of a range of accounts from varying size, as well as arranging regular review meetings with clients Assist with new business preparation, presentations and attending and leading pitches Upsell/Cross sell to the brands existing within Hark ’ s portfolio by developing meaningful relationships with your stakeholders.
