The duties of the Customer Service Advisor will include:
* Collaborate as part of a team, supporting one another in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
* Provide a dependable customer resolution service across various communication channels
* Take ownership of customer issues and prioritise resolving them during their initial contact
* Efficiently manage personal queues, workloads, and customer cases
* Appropriately escalate issues to the relevant teams
* Ensure customer information is accurately updated and compliant with GDPR
* Identify vulnerable customers and register them for appropriate services
Key skills required of the Customer Service Advisor:
* Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
* Proven teamwork experience
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is essential
