We believe sports graduates have positive transferable skills such as leadership and discipline, both of which are desirable in this role. Cover supervisors oversee the class during the absence of the teacher. They are expected to manage behaviour and ensure a positive work environment is maintained. Currently across secondary schools in Shropshire there is a high demand for daily cover and to cover long-term sickness. You will be responsible for covering lessons in core subjects, as well as Sports/PE lessons. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who wish to begin their career in education or who plan on going into education once they have finished their studies. Requirements The right to work in the UK. Has or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS. Is open to flexible & daily work. Adapts will to new environments.
