Techunite Ltd are recruiting for a customer focussed individual who wants to expand and grow their career with an IT company. Working closely with the MD and the Technical Services Manager you will play a pivotal part in delivering customer satisfaction, retention and growth to existing customers of the business.
Internal training can be provided for the right indiviual.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquries about any additional products and services they wish to take out
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships and oversee the smooth delivery of services - customer retention, renewing contracts and upgrades
* Client engagement
* Reconcile billing against usage, handle basic invoice and order queries and ensure all services align with customer expectations
