As a CIC Tactical Co-ordinator you will be at the cutting edge of UK business crime reduction and intelligence crime strategy. You will be a critical part of the most effective private Command and Intelligence Centre in the UK supporting our 'single, centralised' international Command and Intelligence Centre forming a stable platform for all customer security operations - increasing safety, reducing crime and reducing costs for all of our subscribers. Powered by the latest AI driven data technologies. We have an opportunity in our Command & Intelligence Centre at Team Valley, Gateshead. A valid SIA/CCTV license and driving licence are essential, an SIA Security Licence will be required but not essential at this point as enrolment onto the course will be supported. You will work on a 4 on 4 off rota covering nights and weekends. Main duties / key responsibilities: Acting as the first line of inbound and outbound communication for ASEL Risk and Intelligence operations 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Tactical coordination and despatch of alarm response drivers and other assets when required following alarm activation and recording all detail on the ARK software. Scheduling Security Officers and managing lone workers based on available data and risk. Monitoring and proactively operating CCTV systems and responding to risks as per assignment instructions. High visibility security patrols on foot and in a vehicle – reporting and dealing with any issues that may arise Client open up/lock down Providing remote access control for ASEL customers Controlling and issuing keys – Key holding Maintaining CIC administration processes and data processing activity including identification of risk and mitigation strategies Provide radio communication leadership across multiple national clients and ASEL security assets Support a culture of continuous improvement and quality management Utilisation of cutting edge modern technology such as drones – training will be provided Internal and external online incident reporting Working relationships: Internal: This role reports into the Command and Intelligence Centre Manager but will work collaboratively across all departments to deliver critical operational outputs and provide a stable platform for the wider risk and intelligence operation. External: This role will be a critical friend to ASEL Ltd customers and security assets. Sound relationships will be fostered with all CIC supported customers and wider stakeholders.
