Electrical Mobile Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings
Hertfordshire – Up to £45,900 + Package
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract with sites around Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £45,900 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work:
Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
2. Emergency lighting tests
3. Control Panels
4. Changing Ballast
5. BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
6. Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
7. Maintain and update Log books
8. Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
9. Compliance and logbooks
10. CAFM systems (elogs and Webquote used onsite)
11. Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
12. Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
13. Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
14. Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
15. Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
16. Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
17. Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
Requirements:
1. Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
2. City & Guilds - 18th Edition
3. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
4. Multi-skilled
5. Good communication skills
6. Client Facing
7. In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and systems
8. Previous experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role
9. Must be able to work unsupervised to a high quality
