We’re looking for an experienced Sales and Client Services Manager to help support our clients and delivery team while also growing our client base. If you love working with people, enjoy sales, and like to keep things running smoothly, this could be the role for you.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Sheffield (S35 2PH).
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Looking after clients – Be a key contact, ensuring they get what they need from us.
2. Sales – Follow up on leads, introduce our services to potential clients, and help expand our client base.
3. Supporting our teams – Work with both the client services team and delivery team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
4. Coordinating workshops & events – Help with planning and logistics so our clients have a great experience.
5. Representing Chimp Management – Occasionally attend events or conferences to engage with potential clients.
6. Improving processes – Help make things simpler and more efficient for clients and the team.
What We’re Looking For
1. A people person – Someone who enjoys building relationships.
2. Confident in sales – Comfortable reaching out to potential clients and spotting new opportunities.
3. Organised and reliable – Good at keeping track of details and making sure things run smoothly.
4. A team player – Able to work closely with both the client services and delivery teams.
5. Good communication skills – Clear, professional, and approachable when speaking with clients.
6. An interest in The Chimp Model – No need to be an expert, but a curiosity about what we do will help!
What You’ll Get

Other Details
1. Location: Office-based in Sheffield (S35 2PH).
2. Travel: Monthly team days in the Peak District and occasional travel for client meetings and events.
