Job summary We are seeking a highly experienced registered nurse, who is capable of working autonomously within a multidisciplinary palliative care team, to promote and maintain the quality of life for patients with complex symptoms and needs, living with life limiting conditions within a community setting. The successful candidate will also provide operational and clinical leadership to the community specialist palliative care nursing team.
