We are currently recruiting for an experienced Group Human Resources Manager for an independent restaurant group.
As the Human Resources Manager you will play a vital role in delivering a human resources structure across the group which will include full recruitment, maximising retention, and creating an environment where staff are safe, happy,
nurtured, supported and feel valued.

The Person
The ideal Human Resources Manager will have the following:
* Currently working as a HR Manager within a high-quality restaurant or retail operation.
* Passionate about food, restaurants, and a keen interest in the food scene is desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent training skills
* Proactive with a can-do attitude, capable of multitasking effectively.
* Ensure all recruitment platforms are utilised thus minimising the use of recruitment agents.
* A team player who can build relationships with restaurant and retail teams.
* Proficient in IT skills and experience to utilise necessary platforms.
