We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our Thetford Manufacturing Facility. Reporting to the HR Manager, UK Manufacturing, you will deliver HR support to all functions across two UK Manufacturing sites. We are looking for a highly motivated and capable individual with previous HR experience which could suit someone currently working in an advisor role looking for the next step. You will be working in partnership with People Managers and Site Leaders to provide advice and support on all HR operational matters and assisting with wider strategic plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Supports with the development of HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of business objectives and achievement of desired organisational design/culture.
* Acts as a trusted partner to People Managers, fully implementing the relevant business plans and executing HR plans that meet the needs of the business.
* Consults, implements, monitors all HR policies, procedures and strategies in areas of responsibility.
* Advising and assisting with investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy, disciplinary and grievance cases.
* Manages and supports talent acquisition (i.e. competency-based recruitment, advertising, career planning, leadership assessment and succession planning).
* Supports specific training and development activities at an individual, team or plant level.
* Manages and implements specific compensation and benefits initiatives to ensure effective and consistent application and market rate competitiveness.
* Supports, advises & coaches line managers in change management and consultation activities.
Education / Qualifications
* CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) qualified or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of HR management components such as resourcing, learning & development, reward, employee relations, performance management etc.
* Stakeholder management with the ability to manage relationships through understanding of environment and needs.
* Ability to persuade and influence effectively at multiple levels of an organization.
* Employee relations experience, to ensure decisions reached by People Managers are sound and risks to the business are mitigated whenever possible.
* Have working knowledge of UK employment law and apply this knowledge appropriately.
* Ideally have experience in an FMCG / fast-paced manufacturing environment.
