About the Role:
* Teach Health and Social Care across Key Stages 4 and 5, potentially Key Stage 3.
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including case studies, role-play, and guest speakers.
* Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation.
* Foster a passion for Health and Social Care in students.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues.
* Participate in professional development opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or equivalent.
* Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Health and Social Care.
* Demonstrates a passion for teaching Health and Social Care.
* Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
* Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
