BDS are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Housing Association based in Oldham for a Head of Health & Safety and Compliance.
You will spend your time leading and managing Health and Safety and property safety & compliance for the client.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Managing Health & Safety and Property Safety
2. Ensuring full compliance through the safety framework
3. Leading the Health & Safety and compliance teams
4. Managing various assets including fire, gas, electrical & asbestos
5. Overseeing key safety projects
The candidate:
1. Housing Management level 5 qualification required
2. Appropriate academic qualification (HNC, Degree, NEBOSH, Building Safety/Compliance Qualifications)
3. Strong knowledge of current best practice in property safety and able to keep up to date with evolving and changing good practice
4. Full driving licence with access to a vehicle
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week 09:00 - 17:00 with some flexibility if needed. There is also a hybrid option with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
Pay will be up to £500 per day dependent on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
