Salary: Grade C: £26,389 – £28,684 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Do you love engaging with supporters, crafting inspiring content, and ensuring donors feel valued? We’re looking for a Supporter Care and Communications Officer to play a key role in our fundraising team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for supporters, donors, and fundraisers
2. Managing regular giving and stewarding individual donors
3. Supporting legacy pledgers and those giving in memory
4. Gathering stories and case studies to showcase our impact
5. Designing marketing materials for fundraising events
6. Producing and delivering the monthly supporter e-newsletter
7. Ensuring the website is up-to-date and optimised
8. Conducting trust donor pipeline research and supporting applications
