+ Selecting and proposing the pricing and lead team information to be used by the Proposals Team.
2. Post Contract award:

+ Work with the engineering team to ensure robust scopes of work packages are created that ideally suit standards that our approved supply chain can offer.
+ Ensure all other requirements are included, such as quality, health and safety, and project controls.
+ Perform full tender assessments to ensure the most economically advantageous tender is selected, managing the technical, quality, and HSE elements.
+ Negotiate the subcontracts created at the tender stage, ensuring all Flowdowns are agreed.
+ Organising kick-off meetings and expediting requirements.
+ Strict adherence to Bilfinger SE Compliance requirements.
+ Manage Change Orders.
3. The role requires 5+ years of experience in creating, negotiating, and managing NEC forms of subcontract, with experience in other forms of contract being desirable (i.e., MF1, FIDIC, IChemE).
